RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make sure your shopping experience is both simple and comfortable. Our return and refund policy is available to you within 30 days from the date you received the last item in your order.

FOR NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
For the reasons below, return or exchange is supported, and the return shipping costs will be on us.
- We sent the wrong items.
- You receive items with broken or poor/defective quality issues.
For the reasons below, return or exchange is supported. However, shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Items without quality issues, but you chose the wrong size.
- Items without quality issues, but you dislike them or for other personal reasons.
Please keep the items in their original new condition, without scratches or signs of wear; otherwise, they are not refundable.

- Damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Items have been resized, altered in any way, or have already been exchanged.
- Promotional or clearance items are not supported.
FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

- We sent the wrong items.
- You receive broken items or items of poor/defective quality.
For the conditions below, return or exchange is not supported. Customized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
- Customized items without quality issues.
- You chose the wrong sizes or wrong custom options for the items.
- Personal reasons due to a change of mind or personal taste.
- Damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Certain promotional or clearance items are not eligible for a refund, return, or resizing.
- INCURRED FEES
- For returns caused by our error (wrong item sent, defective quality), no shipping fees will be deducted, including for orders that originally had free shipping.
- For returns not caused by our reasons, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund. If customs duties are incurred during the return process, the customer will also be responsible.
- For packages lost or damaged during the return shipping process, customers are responsible. Please keep the receipt and tracking information.
- PRECAUTIONS
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way or previously exchanged; otherwise, we may not accept the return or refund.
- We will not process any exchange or return without prior authorization. Please do not return items to the address on the package — that is not our return address, and we will not be responsible for any loss.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
- RETURN PROCEDURE
You can initiate a return or cancellation in two ways:
- Email us at support@adorchic.com with your order number, or
- Use the Start a Return or Cancellation link at the bottom of this page.
Step 1: Contact our customer service with your order number via support@adorchic.com or use the Start a Return or Cancellation link below.
Step 2: Provide photos and describe the items in detail. For defective or incorrect items, sufficient proof is required. Our support team will respond within one business day and offer solutions.
Step 3: After your return request is approved, we will provide the return address. Please include a note in the returned package with your order number, order email, and name. Send the package and share the tracking number with us.
Step 4: Once we receive your return, we will inspect and verify the items. Any returned products found without the defective issues mentioned, or found to have been altered, will not be refunded. Original shipping fees are not refunded for non-our-reason returns; for orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Step 5: Once the return is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment account within 5 business days. We do not support refunds to other payment cards or through other payment methods.
- ORDER CANCELLATION
For customized items (e.g., personalized with photos, birth month flowers, names, letters, birthstones, etc.)
- Cancel within 12 hours — free of charge.
- Cancel within 12 to 48 hours — 20% of the total order will be charged as material and processing fees.
- Cancel after 48 hours — 30% of the total order will be charged as material and processing fees.
- Once the package is shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
For non-customized items
- Please contact us within 24 hours after payment is completed — no charges for cancellation.
- Once the package is shipped, orders can no longer be canceled.
- SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
- Please email us with your order number before your order is shipped, and provide the new address.
- The address cannot be changed after the package has been shipped.
- Please ensure your address is correct after ordering or before shipping.
- RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS
