  1. How long will it take to receive my product?

The total delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time:

  • For non-personalized items, orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • For personalized items (for example, items customized with photos, birth month flowers, names, letters, or birthstones), processing usually takes 3-5 business days.

  • The estimated processing time for each product is listed on its respective product page.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note that processing and shipping times may vary during holiday periods.

Important:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the shipping address.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination.

  1. What are the shipping costs?

- Standard Shipping: $4.9 or free for orders over $29. Delivery usually takes 6-12 business days.

- Express Shipping: $6.9 or free for orders over $79. Delivery usually takes 4-8 business days.

You can select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

  1. How will I be notified when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is prepared for shipment. Please note that due to the custom nature of some products, orders may take 2-5 business days to process before shipping.

Additional Information:

- If your personalized product needs to be remade, there may be a delay in your order. Only items that pass our quality inspection are shipped.

- We do not offer overnight shipping.

- Some countries may charge import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
